As Former COO of Tabs, I built the creator program and the paid ad engine beside it. Same playbook here: a small roster, a hook library, losers killed early. The category is new to me. I have not run high-protein cereal, so month one is built to learn it inside your claims sheet.

Why now

  • 25,911

    Reviews on Strawberry Cheesecake Cereal

Strawberry Cheesecake Cereal carries 25,911 reviews at 4.6 out of 5 stars. Creators start from proof that buyers already wrote.

    Published
  • 80,000+

    5-Star Reviews on your page

Your page says 80,000+ 5-Star Reviews. That line gives a creator a social-proof opener, once your team confirms what it counts.

    Published
  • $9.75

    One box, one price

A single box of Strawberry Cheesecake Cereal is $9.75. That is an easy price to say out loud in a first-spoonful video.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect: cost per 1,000 views

The target is $1. The simulator lands at $5.74 on $10,050 of cost, so the work is closing that gap, not adding creators for the sake of it.

  2. One variable per test

Same box, same bowl, one change: the opening line or the first three seconds. Losers are killed early and winners go into the hook library.

  3. Seven videos per creator, every week

Volume finds the winners: 303 creator videos a month at ten creators. The ramp is two creators a week for six weeks, then the roster holds.

  4. The spoon is in frame in the first second

Creators eat the cereal on camera with the box in hand. A single box is $9.75 and a four-box case is $39.00, so price talk stays simple.

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MarinaMon 8:30 AM

Brief for this week: Strawberry Cheesecake Cereal, bowl-first hook. One variable only: the opening line. Quote only lines from the claims sheet.

  2. CaioTue 9:00 AM

Can I say it helps with weight loss? A follower asked in my comments.

No. Stay with the sheet: High Protein, Keto-Friendly, 0g Sugar Cereal. Reply to the follower with that line and nothing more.

  3. Report botAppMon 8:00 AM

Weekly report is posted: views by creator, cost per 1,000 views against $1, best hook, losers killed. Next test is in #briefs.

  4. MarinaWed 4:00 PM

Draft sent back, Duda: the box is out of frame at the start. Reshoot with the box in hand and the first spoonful in the first second.

  5. Payout botAppThu 10:00 AM

A Granola video passed 100,000 views on organic reach. A $50 flat bonus is queued. One bonus per creator per month.

  6. MarinaFri 2:00 PM

Check before you post: claims sheet read, no health promises, no named competitors, shipping terms said as written?

Done. Posting the Cookies & Cream Treats video now.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Cereal bowl, first spoonful

    Brief 01

    Cereal bowl, first spoonful

“0g sugar and I'm eating it for breakfast. Watch.”

Overhead on the box, pour into a bowl, add cold milk, one spoonful to camera. Strawberry Cheesecake or Cookies & Cream.

  2. Treats at the desk

    Brief 02

    Treats at the desk

“A high protein, high fiber treat. At my desk.”

Handheld at a desk: open a Cookies & Cream Treats box, show the treat, take a bite, name the flavor.

  3. Granola over yogurt

    Brief 03

    Granola over yogurt

“All the crunch without the crash.”

Top-down: pour Blueberry Vanilla Almond Granola over yogurt, then one crunchy bite close to the mic.

  4. Pastry reveal

    Brief 04

    Pastry reveal

    “S'mores for breakfast. Yes, really.”

Open a box of S'mores Protein Pastries, show the chocolate filling and white icing drizzle, bite, react.

  5. Pick a favorite

    Brief 05

    Pick a favorite

“Impossible to pick a favorite. Ranking them.”

Lay out the Limited Edition Treat Box flavors, rank them one by one on camera, end on the winner.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “High Protein, Keto-Friendly, 0g Sugar Cereal”, “We’ve reimagined all your favorite childhood cereals.”, “Skip or cancel delivery anytime”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Food and snack creators already on camera

Creators who film breakfast, snacks and lunchbox ideas. They need no coaching to eat on camera, so briefs stay short.

  • Fitness and meal-prep accounts

People who talk protein in daily routines. A bowl with 12g of protein per serving gives them a number to read from the label.

  • Verified Buyer reviewers

Your pages mark reviews as Verified Buyer. Strawberry Cheesecake Cereal alone has 25,911 reviews. Outreach goes only through your own channel.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. Applications would start from a short form I would build with your team.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Eats on camera

A real spoonful in the first seconds. No cutaways, no staged reactions.

  2. 2Reads the claims sheet

Quotes only approved lines and passes a short check before the first brief.

  3. 3Clean sound and light

A phone, window light, a clear voice. Nothing more is needed.

  4. 4Keeps the pace

Seven videos a week is the rhythm. Two missed weeks and the slot opens.

  5. 5Adult audience

Audience of adults who cook, train or snack. No accounts aimed at children.

Part 7 of 15

Who we want

  • Breakfast-rush parent

Packs the morning in minutes. The bowl is the fast part, and the video shows it.

    Likely product: Fruity Cereal

  • Gym regular

Talks protein per serving and sets the box next to a gym bag.

    Likely product: Cinnamon Crunch Cereal

  • Keto-curious home cook

Counts carbs and reads the net carbs and sugar line straight from the label.

    Likely product: Maple Waffle Cereal

  • Desk-snack office worker

Keeps a box in the drawer and films the mid-afternoon bite.

Likely product: Cookies & Cream Treats

  • Yogurt-bowl meal prepper

Builds the weekly prep with yogurt, fruit and a crunchy topping.

Likely product: Blueberry Vanilla Almond Granola

  • Nostalgic snacker

Turns a party-cake memory into a bowl and a story about it.

    Likely product: Birthday Cake Cereal

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who promise weight loss or health results, accounts aimed at children, anyone who will not read the claims sheet, and anyone who compares Magic Spoon with named brands. No video goes out without a real spoonful on camera.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “High Protein, Keto-Friendly, 0g Sugar Cereal”

Any cereal video, as the opening line or end card

  • “4g net carbs, 12g complete protein, 100 calories, and no artificial ingredients”

    Cinnamon Crunch Cereal videos only

  • “Cinnamon cereal—hold the toast.”

    Cinnamon Crunch Cereal hooks

  • “Free bowl set with your first order”

Subscription videos, said with the order terms

  • “Skip or cancel delivery anytime”

    Subscription videos and end cards

  • “Change flavors anytime”

    Subscription videos for variety-pack fans

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Never say it is good for weight loss

A health outcome the brand does not state.

  • Never say it is safe for diabetics

A medical promise. Nothing on the sheet supports it.

  • Never say it is healthier than another brand's cereal

A comparison claim. Creators name no competitor.

  • Never say a study shows it works

A study figure the sheet does not hold.

  • Never say the bowl set is free for everyone

The offer is tied to a first order, so the claim contradicts the terms.

  • Never say shipping is free everywhere

The brand limits free shipping to the contiguous US.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Rated 4.6 out of 5 stars

The page shows it without naming a product. Confirm which product it covers before creators quote it.

  • 80,000+ 5-Star Reviews

Confirm what this count covers and when it was last updated.

  • gluten-free

An allergen wording. Needs the brand's own sign-off before creators say it aloud.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: new to branded food video, proving the hook and the spoon-first habit on a small base.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: steady posting, clean edits, and hooks that have already cleared a first test.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: an adult home-eating audience and a record of winners in the hook library.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month. No stacking, however many videos take off.
  • Paid per video: a video that passes 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
  • Organic views only. Boosted or paid reach does not count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rules, even if it took off.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

At ten creators, 303 videos a month reach 1.8M views for $10,050: $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. It closes if 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winners

Organic videos that beat the median and keep the claims sheet clean go on a shortlist.

  2. Agree on paid use

The creator agrees to paid use before any video is boosted. That pay sits on top of the base.

  3. Test as an ad

Each shortlisted video runs as one ad with one variable changed per test. Losers are killed early.

  4. Scale or stop

Winners get budget. A video that misses the $1 target per 1,000 views stops.

From the video to the checkout

  • Strawberry Cheesecake Cereal: send viewers to its product page, a single box at $9.75.
  • The four-box case of Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies & Cream at $39.00, for viewers who want both flavors.
  • Subscribers: point to Subscribe & Save and the line Skip or cancel delivery anytime.
  • First-order angle: Free bowl set with your first order, and 1st order ships FREE.
  • Shipping note: Free Shipping applies to contiguous US only, so every video says it on screen.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Food rules for high-protein cereal

Cereal is food. Creators describe taste, texture and what the label says. They say nothing about what it does to the body.

  • Only the label's words

Protein, carbs, sugar and calories are read exactly as the brand writes them, for the flavor on screen. Cinnamon Crunch says 12g complete protein; Fruity says 13g.

  • No health outcomes

No weight loss, no medical promises, no diet advice. Keto-Friendly is the brand's own wording and stays attributed to the brand.

  • Offers as written

Free bowl set with your first order. Skip or cancel delivery anytime. Free shipping applies to contiguous US only, and the creator says so.

  • No comparisons

No named competitor, no better-than claims, no other brand's box in frame.

  • Adults, not children

Childhood nostalgia is the brand's own theme, but creators speak to adults and never film children eating.

  • Disclose the partnership

Every paid video carries a clear partnership label. The spoonful is real and the reaction is not staged.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
